UNISAME offers help to all SMEs in taking their businesses to the next level – ECONOMIC OUTLOOK

Karachi: In order to take the business of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the next level, the Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (UNISAME) has invited SMEs, who wish to take their business to the next level, to contact UNISAME experts, said a press release issued Wednesday.

President UNISAME Zulfikar Thaver pointed out that it is very important that SMEs adopt latest systems and improve their workings to remain competitive and it is amazing that with the help of experts and extra efforts, how a business of manufacturing, trading or services moves to the next level and invited entrepreneurs to seek help from experts at UNISAME and move to the next level in every sphere of business with application of appropriate tools of accounting, product upgrading, packing, marketing, inventory management and logistics.

He said there is room for improvement in every business and with each step and task with proper application of mind and skill, the job can be performed better with reduced cost. The SMEs can benefit from experts’ know-how of the research developed systems. He also said UNISAME has institutional support of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA), Business Support Fund (BSF), Competitiveness Support Fund (CSF), Engineering Development Board (EDB) and the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR).
