UNISAME felicitates Fatima Javed on promotion as senior joint director SBP.

The Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (UNISAME) has felicitated Fatima Javed on her well deserved promotion to Senior Joint Director State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and by virtue of this promotion she will be looking after the SME department at SBP.
President UNISAME Zulfikar Thaver said on behalf of myself and the Unisame, I congratulate her on this promotion and offer her our wholehearted co-operation for the promotion, development and uplift of the majority SME sector.
The UNISAME Council members representing different segments expressed joy and welcomed her promotion to this senior position and said that they had high expectations as they know her as a dedicated, passionate officer focused on the under privileged sector ever since she was deputy director.
She is highly educated and well versed in the SME finance and its risk management and inclusion strategy.
Unisame wishes her all the best and looks forward to close interaction in the future to make the SMEs capable of meeting the challenges.
Thaver said we take this opportunity to invite her kind attention to the severe hardships the SME units are facing due to non availability of dollars and requested her to impress upon the policy makers to allow imports below USD 5000 under lien of equivalent amount of Pakistani rupees or deposit of USD in foreign currency account for payment to shipper on due dates.
