The Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (UNISAME) and Tradekey officials held a meeting to plan to increase buyers and buying inquiries from SME entrepreneurs own website through a buyer acquisition tool called TradeMate Live.
President UNISAME Zulfikar Thaver said the live chat widget will help SMEs in generating inquiries resulting in buyer acquisition cycle. After acquiring this tool they can direct buyers from the countries they wish to target resulting in interactive dealing via TradeMate Live
He emphasized the need for the SMEs to adopt technology to progress and said that technology is the key to growth and it is the endeavour of the union to promote technology in the sector.
Mustafa Masood business development executive looking after global expansion said according to a research that they have conducted, approximately 99.5% of visitors leave the sellers website while only 0.5% become potential customers. Tradekey has a solution through which the entrepreneur can engage 5 times more potential customers from his/her website.
