UNISAME FELICITATES CUSTOMS ON INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DAY

The Union of Small and Medium Enterprises (UNISAME) felicitated Syed Muhammad Tariq Huda member customs Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on International Customs Day on 26th January 2022 and appreciated his and his team’s efforts for increasing efficiency and competency and raising the level of service on all custom points.
President UNISAME Zulfikar Thaver said our SME sector enjoys all facilities equally just like the big sector and feels very comfortable due to the quickness and prompt clearance both for imports and exports due to upgrading of systems.
He also appreciated the officers posted at the land routes for fast transit and border custom post and dry ports and said it reflects good executive leadership of the collectors and at other levels of appeasement and evaluation.
Unisame Council (UC) also appreciated the efforts and vigilance of the customs to check smuggling and for increasing revenue collection by adjudication of invoice value cases in the best interest of justice. UC said we are indeed proud of the customs for their friendly services and yet not compromising on law and justice.
